Prices shown by our Instant Catering Estimator are estimates only and are not a final quote or a confirmed booking. Your final price, menu and event details are confirmed by Shaheen in writing (by message, email or invoice).

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Ontario HST (13%) is added where applicable. Prices, packages and menu items may change without notice; the price in your written confirmation is the price you pay.

A booking is confirmed only once we confirm it in writing. Deposit amounts, payment deadlines, guest-count changes and cancellation terms are as agreed in your written booking confirmation.

Party packages are priced for a minimum guest count and smaller groups may have a surcharge, as shown in the estimator. Final guest counts and menu changes must be confirmed by the date agreed in your booking.

Some dishes are only available on certain days (for example, Veal Biryani on Fridays) or by advance order, and all items are subject to availability. We may substitute an item of equal value if an ingredient is unavailable, and will let you know.

Our meat is halal. Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, sesame and other allergens, and dishes may contain spices that are hot.

We cannot guarantee any dish is free from allergens. Please tell us about allergies or dietary needs before ordering. Guests are responsible for their own food choices.

Orders through Uber Eats, DoorDash or SkipTheDishes are subject to those platforms’ own terms, prices, fees and refund policies.

Content on this website, including text, photos, logos and menus, belongs to Shaheen Food Centre and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Some photos are illustrative and actual dishes may look different.

To the extent permitted by law, Shaheen is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or estimates. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
